Thank you for shopping with us at Daniela SV Art. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the art, murals, sculptures, and merchandise you have purchased. As creators of unique and often custom-made pieces, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at create@danielasvart.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All sales are final once the return window has passed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order details and clear photographs of the item. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, where applicable. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Original artwork
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Custom Orders
For custom commissions, a deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable. For murals, a 50% deposit is required, which is also non-refundable. We take great care to ensure your specifications are met. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once work has commenced.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any items purchased from our store.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at create@danielasvart.com.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with shipping carriers.
