Total price: $11,088.00

Remarks: 

Timeline: The project is estimated to commence between 1 or 2 weeks from the approval
of designs/sketch and physical completion. The tentative start month is August .
Time of execution 7 days.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project's start dates, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion.

Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Booking: We are open to accommodating your schedule after contract approval.

It's important to note that certain colors and designs may vary or undergo changes from the initial visual proposal. 1. Art of us LLC office hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Friday.
2. Projects should be booked at least 15 days in advance. With the exception that our schedule has unexpected open dates.
3. This project will take 7-10 on site work day (s) With a TBD start date.
4. The last day is for touch ups and for the client to have ample time to do a walk through making certain everything is A+ before we move off site and final payment is made.
5. Paint and Materials used solely on your project are always incurred by the clients. (i.e. sleeves, trays and tape) Normally a nominal cost. But it is dependent on the scope of the project of course. But this time Art of us will supply all materials.
6. Scissor, Boom lifts, Or Scaffolding its included in our pricing.
7. ALL HARD COPIES OF RECEIPTS WILL BE TURNED IN UPON COMPLETION.
8. Art of us is to supply the cones and barriers to block off the sidewalk while work is being done.
9. The client is responsible for do the white exterior prime of the walls.

Payment schedule:
I. Deposit: 50%
Deposits should be made at least 15 Days in advance to reserve your desired work date(s). II. Balance: 50% Due upon completion and Client satisfaction

All of our transactions are made via CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD with a 3% processing fee applied.
Art of us is an Artist owned Co op. We appreciate final balances to be cleared the same business week of receiving the final invoice. If more time is expected, kindly inform us before proceeding to decide if we can work together. Projects exceeding 20k will accept ACH Transfers or checks.
