• Wall size: Approx. 18’ (W) x 10’ (H) = ~180 sq ft
• Surface: Bottom 4’ textured, upper 5’ smooth. I can paint both. Textured sections simply require a bit more time for clean lines.
Depending on the design we can incorporate some touches to the BBQ area so like that we have a smooth composition -Thats on me.
Estimate
• Artwork rate: $18/sq ft
• Projected total (full 18’ x 10’): $3,240
What’s included

Timeline
• Design/mockups: 3–5 days after deposit & info (see checklist below)
• On-site painting: ~2–3 days of work (weather permitting)
• Earliest start: I can reserve the next available slot once the deposit is in.
Payment terms
• 50% deposit to start design & lock dates → $1,620
• 50% balance on completion- $1,620

1. Theme & vibe: any inspiration images, colors you love/need to match
2. Design direction: abstract, nature, geometric, figurative, or a mix? Any “must-include” elements?
3. Site details: address, indoor/outdoor, sun exposure, working hours, parking, and access to power
4. Desired dates: any deadline or target week
Remarks:
Timeline: The project is estimated to start within 1 to 2 weeks following the approval of designs/sketches and should be physically completed. Tentative start date is between November and the end of the month.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project's start dates, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Booking: We are open to accommodating your schedule after the contract is approved.We are confident that our proposal meets your expectations and we look forward to collaborating with you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any inquiries or require further information.
Obligations of the artist and client:
a) Artist shall purchase materials necessary for the creation of the artwork.
b) Artist shall be responsible for the cost of rental equipment.
c) Artist shall create the artwork, or in certain circumstances oversee the work of a hired subcontractor / assistant.
d) Client shall hire and compensate any additional labor services necessary for preparation of the wall.
e) Client shall secure any building permits necessary for the lawful creation and execution of the work. Artist is not responsible for this.
f) Any major changes that client requests of artist, will result in paying artist an additional $150.00 per hour to create the change or changes. Client have Up to 2 changes in the visual proposal (designs). Keep in mind that some colors and designs may be different or may change from the visual proposal.
g) Any changes artist deems necessary to enhance the composition or color in the artwork, will be deemed for the good of the painting and at no additional charge to the client.
Cancellation by Client:
If the client chooses to cancel the project after making the initial 50% payment this will be non refundable, due as compensation for the artist’s time, scheduling, and preparatory efforts. This fee accounts for the artist’s commitment to the project and the opportunity cost of turning down other commissions. No refunds will be issued for the initial 50% payment.
Client accept all terms after payment.
