Thank you for the opportunity to provide a quotation. We are delighted to offer the following proposal:

Aprox. 120 sq ft x each = 240 sq ft

Aprox. Cost ($10 x sq ft)

$2,400.00

Total $2,400.00

50% to start the project = $1,200.00 ( non-refundable) 

50% upon completion = $1,200.00

Remarks:
Timeline: The project is estimated to start within 1 to 2 weeks following the approval of designs/sketches and should be physically completed. Tentative start date is between May- End on May.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project's start dates, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Booking: We are open to accommodating your schedule after the contract is approved.

Obligations of the artist and client: 

a) Artist shall purchase materials necessary for the creation of the artwork.

b) Artist shall be responsible for the cost of rental equipment.

c) Artist shall create the artwork, or in certain circumstances oversee the work of a hired subcontractor / assistant.

d) Client shall hire and compensate any additional labor services necessary for preparation of the wall.

e) Client shall secure any building permits necessary for the lawful creation and execution of the work. Artist is not responsible for this.                                                                                                                         

f) Any major changes that client requests of artist, will result in paying artist an additional $150.00 per hour to create the change or changes.  Client have Up to 2 changes in the visual proposal (designs). Keep in mind that some colors and designs may be different or may change from the visual proposal.

g) Any changes artist deems necessary to enhance the composition or color in the artwork, will be deemed for the good of the painting and at no additional charge to the client. 

 Cancellation by Client:

If the client chooses to cancel the project after making the initial 50% payment  this will be non refundable, due as compensation for the artist’s time, scheduling, and preparatory efforts. This fee accounts for the artist’s commitment to the project and the opportunity cost of turning down other commissions. No refunds will be issued for the initial 50% payment.
